We took profits in three names and added to one today, all from the decision record written at the moment each trade fired. The best of it was Robinhood: the stock ran 14.3% above our cost and 14.36% above its own 9-day average price, and our rule trims when that stretch passes 9% [1]. So we trimmed HOOD, sizing 11.72% of the position @ 121.04 [1]. That trade has been a good one, and the harvest locked a piece of it in.

Two more rule-driven trims followed. We trimmed AMZN, sizing half the position @ 258.44, after the harvest level fired with the position up 1.95% [2]. Same rule, same shape in UMAC: trimmed half the position @ 24.62 with the position up 1.24% [3]. These are guarantee-layer harvests: once a gain exists and the ratio test fails, the rule takes half off. No judgment call, no committee.

The one buy came from the autonomous sleeve. We added NBIS, sizing 2.35% of equity @ 218.03, on a strategist-approved add to the underlying stock rather than the 2x fund: cash was high, the stock was holding above trend, and with the name's beta near 4.5 the sleeve sized it small on purpose [4]. The tape agreed today: NBIS closed +7.48% on 66.88% of its 20-day volume [5].

Elsewhere in the book, AXON fell 4.18% on 76.86% of its normal volume, and the two names we trimmed eased after our fills, UMAC -2.98% and HOOD -2.09%, HOOD on 113.22% of its 20-day average [5]. Three other names moved less than 2%. The index backdrop was quiet: SPY -0.39%, QQQ +0.18% [5].

[2] Our decision record, 2026-09-04, EMA sleeve, AMZN sell: harvest level, gain 1.95%, 50% trim, fill 258.44.

[3] Our decision record, 2026-09-04, EMA sleeve, UMAC sell: harvest level, gain 1.24%, 50% trim, fill 24.62.

[4] Our decision record, 2026-09-04, autonomous sleeve, NBIS buy: strategist verdict PROCEED, executed 2.35% of equity, fill 218.03, beta 4.5 cited in the sizing reason.

[5] Our daily price and volume tape, 2026-09-04: SPY -0.39%, QQQ +0.18%; NBIS +7.48% on 66.88% of 20-day volume; AXON -4.18% on 76.86%; UMAC -2.98% on 58.00%; HOOD -2.09% on 113.22%; three names under 2%.

Portfolio strategies

Rules-based EMA

sell

AMZN: about $775, filled at $258.44

UMAC: about $1,354, filled at $24.62

HOOD: about $1,452, filled at $121.04

AMZN, HOOD, UMAC: harvester trims are rule-driven, no committee harvester trims are rule-driven, no committee S1 trims are automatic — no committee runs on this path (CLAUDE.md, EMA Signal Flow)

Autonomous

buy

NBIS: about $2,616, filled at $218.03

NBIS: We're adding a small amount to our existing Nebius AI-cloud position because our cash reserves are high and the stock is holding above its trend with strong external expert conviction, though the setup is only moderately compelling. Beta of 4.5 fails harvest fitness and the ai_semis theme is fading while innovation leads, so I size this conservatively and avoid the 2x ETF given the underlying's already-extreme volatility.
