Earlier thesis editions seal their complete theses array. Those records remain valid under the contract shown on the edition and are not silently rewritten.
Each current article is sealed from its exact published Markdown. The SHA-256 receipt lets you check that text was not changed after publication.
A correction is a new version, not a rewrite. Withdrawals remove the article text while preserving the fact that it was published.
An edition keeps the account basis recorded when it was published. The current portfolio uses a live brokerage account; older paper labels are not rewritten.
